Covid-19 IgG / IgM rapid detection kit is used to simultaneously detect and distinguish IgG and IgM antibodies of covid-19 in human serum, plasma or whole blood by side flow immunoassay.

Coronavirus (COV) belongs to the Nidovirales type of the coronavirus family, which can be divided into three genera: α, β and γ. Among them, α and β are only pathogenic to mammals, while γ is mainly pathogenic to birds. CoV is mainly transmitted through direct contact with secretions, aerosols or droplets. There is also evidence that cov can be transmitted through fecal mouth.

So far, there are seven kinds of human coronaviruses (HCoV) which can cause human respiratory diseases: hcov-229e, hcov-oc43, SARS CoV, HCoV-NL63, hcov-hku1, mers CoV and sars-cov-2, all of which are important pathogens causing human respiratory tract infections. Among them, sars-cov-2 was found in viral pneumonia at the end of 2019. Its clinical manifestations include fever, fatigue, dry cough, dyspnea and other systemic symptoms, which can rapidly develop into severe pneumonia, respiratory failure, acute respiratory distress syndrome, and even cause septic shock, multiple organ failure, severe alkali metabolism disorder and even life-threatening.
